The ritual prayer Muslims perform five times a day, with fixed postures.
Namazul este unul dintre cei cinci stâlpi ai islamului. Înainte de rugăciune, credinciosul își face abluțiunea (abdest). Rugăciunea se poate face oriunde, pe un loc curat, cu fața spre qibla, dar cea de vineri la prânz se face în comun, la moschee.
